Fractional CMO / Head of Marketing (Co-Founder option)

Fractionista is building Europe's marketplace for fractional leadership roles. We're seeking a Fractional CMO / Head of Marketing (preferably with co-founder option) to scale our two-sided platform, drive demand and supply growth, and establish fractional leadership as a credible, standard working model across Europe.

About the role

You will own the marketing and go-to-market strategy for Europe's leading marketplace for fractional C-level roles. You are responsible for bringing both companies seeking fractional leaders and experienced executives adopting fractional work to our platform. Through thought leadership, trust-based growth strategies and community building, you will establish the foundation for sustainable scaling in an emerging European market.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and positioning for the two-sided marketplace.

• Build thought leadership and credibility around the fractional CxO model in Europe.

• Acquire and onboard companies (demand side) to the platform.

• Recruit senior leaders (supply side) who see fractional work as their future model.

• Drive growth through word-of-mouth strategies, community building and trust-based approaches.

• Plan and oversee marketing channels, content strategy and community activities.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as CMO, VP Marketing or Head of Growth, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces or emerging work models.

• Deep understanding of two-sided marketplaces and network effects.

• Ability to develop and execute thought leadership and PR strategies.

• Track record of organic, trust-based growth through word-of-mouth, community and networking.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow into a co-founder role.

• Strong connection to the European market and ideally to the fractional work ecosystem.
