I am a founder, fractional leader, and business builder with 16+ years of experience across HR, organizational culture, innovation, sales, partnerships, and growth. I founded Talent Center International and have spent years building services, developing new business lines, winning clients, creating partnerships, and adapting quickly to changing markets. My experience sits at the intersection of people and business: I understand how organizations grow, but also what happens inside them when strategy, culture, leadership and execution are not aligned. Throughout my career, I have worked across recruitment, HR strategy, training, organizational development, business development and international projects. As an entrepreneur, I have also had to sell, negotiate, create offers from scratch, identify opportunities, test ideas, build relationships and turn concepts into commercial projects. Innovation has always been a core part of how I work. I enjoy identifying what is missing, connecting ideas that are usually kept separate, and translating them into practical solutions. More recently, my work has expanded into AI adoption, AI governance, innovation projects and international partnerships.
