Andreas Gengler

Andreas Gengler is a Fractional CFO, Interim CFO/COO and Founder of enableYou, specializing in finance transformation, performance management and scaling organizations in dynamic environments. With over 15 years of experience, he has led finance functions in technology-driven, project-based and service-oriented businesses – from start-ups and scale-ups to international mid-sized companies. His focus lies on building robust financial steering models, driving profitability and enabling sustainable growth. As Interim CFO (e.g. for Randstad Digital, ~€100m revenue, 450 FTE), Andreas has successfully led turnaround and transformation situations, including cost reduction (~20% overhead), implementation of integrated planning models (P&L, cashflow), and establishment of KPI-driven performance management. He has structured financing processes (>€25m), improved liquidity management and supported organizations through complex change phases. As Partner in Business Management at Senacor, he built and led a central finance and steering unit, implementing scalable FP&A structures, forecasting processes and BI-based reporting (e.g. Power BI). He combines deep financial expertise with strong business acumen and acts as a sparring partner to CEOs, founders and investors. Currently, Andreas supports companies as Fractional CFO and Strategy Advisor, including involvement in sell-side due diligence processes with private equity investors.
