Carlo Martini

I started coding at 14, which taught me to break complex problems into manageable steps. At 25 I launched my first startup, MioAssicuratore, Italy's leading B2C online insurance broker, raising over $3M from venture capital and institutional funds and growing the team to 25. Many of those people now work at top-tier companies. In 2020 I founded CovidApp, the first open-source privacy-preserving protocol for contact tracing, shortlisted by the Italian government and integrated by applications worldwide. That work led to Human Mobility, an enterprise social-distancing platform that taught me how to ship complex projects across multiple corporate clients with different expectations, the company was later acquired. Most recently I co-founded getCredible, a peer-driven credibility platform for the job market, launched across Italy, the UK, and the US. Some of the people we recruited now work at Aleph Alpha, Apple, nVidia, and other top-tier companies. Today I'm at LiveFlow, an AI-native ERP startup, where I lead the design and implementation of the AI infrastructure powering the next generation of finance automation. After a decade of founding companies, I'm focused on building the systems that make AI agents trustworthy in production, at the intersection of LLM orchestration, evaluation, and observability.
