I've spent 15 years building products at the intersection of software, hardware and data, most recently scaling Adyen's terminal fleet to nearly a million active devices across 44 countries as part of the Global Leadership Team, managing an organisation of 125+ people across product, engineering and operations. I build fast, think in systems, and have been tinkering with web, hardware and data since 1997. Today I work fractionally with scale-ups that need senior product leadership without the full-time hire. Someone who can walk in, understand the problem fast, and help the team move. My sweet spot is the intersection of hardware, AI and real-world impact: places where software has to meet the physical world and keep working.
