Fractional CRO | International Business Development & Go-to-Market International Tech Executive with 25+ years in business development, sales, and strategy roles operating inside highly technical organizations across semiconductors, telecom infrastructure, and AI/cloud infrastructure. Built his foundation in key account management at Intel, running the Ericsson and Sony Ericsson relationships, then took on progressively larger operating roles: Country Manager Sweden with full P&L responsibility, then leading Intel's global telecom business development and strategy organization, scaling it to over $7B. Went on to executive roles in the US at Quanta Cloud Technology (QCT) and Wind River. Has operated at every scale, from individual contributor to leading large, globally distributed teams, and has carried quota ranging from single accounts to multi-billion-dollar business lines. Currently runs an independent advisory practice, OneTen Strategies, working hands-on with deep-tech and infrastructure startups on go-to-market execution and ecosystem strategy. Current and previous engagements include Perimeter Compute (NeoCloud operator), a fintech startup, a European hardware/memory solution provider, and a silicon patterning technology company entering the US market. Establishing bases in both New York and Stockholm from autumn 2026, motivated by helping Swedish and Nordic companies find new international markets, and helping international companies build a solid presence in the Nordics. Open to fractional CRO and business development mandates across DeepTech, Telecom, and Semiconductor sectors — whatever altitude a project calls for, from strategic advisory to hands-on execution.
