Ferdinand Dietrich

Ferdi is the founder of Storebox, a Vienna based startup for digitally bookable urban storage space. What began as an answer to vacant ground floor retail has grown into a network of around 400 locations across six countries and has become real logistics infrastructure, especially for last mile operations and enterprise clients. He built Storebox from the first location to international expansion and knows the operating reality behind it firsthand: rolling out and scaling locations, building B2B sales, entering new markets and leading a team through very different growth phases. Sitting at the intersection of logistics and real estate, he understands both the asset side and the commercial engine that has to run on top of it. His background combines real estate, consulting, and hands on marketing and sales, paired with deep experience in international expansion. He is also active across the startup ecosystem as a business angel, mentor and startup advisor, as a supporting partner at two venture capital firms, and as a venture scout for EWOR. As a fractional operator he brings this combination into other businesses, particularly where the challenge is scaling, market entry, real estate driven logistics models and building a commercial organisation from the ground up.
