Ildiko Sas

Ildiko Sas is a business advisor and fractional executive with nearly 30 years of experience in business and leadership, specialising in systemic transformation, growth and organisational effectiveness. She has worked across technology and professional services, from start-ups and entrepreneurial businesses to international corporations. She held commercial and leadership roles at BRINEL, Admatica and Xoomworks Technology. As Head of Operations and Managing Director at Xoomworks, she led a business transformation that tripled revenues over five years and helped achieve the performance targets required for exit. She was subsequently involved in post-acquisition integration across three countries following the acquisition by Accenture. She also led a Build-Operate-Transfer programme for the Financial Times, establishing a stable and scalable operation in Bulgaria with more than 120 digital product specialists. Her recent advisory work focuses on client-centric growth, AI and business transformation, business model transformation, and operating models for international and distributed organisations. In 2025, she co-founded Seriously Client Centric, an advisory firm helping B2B companies identify growth leakage and build stronger client-facing capabilities. Her work includes the Growth Maturity Framework™, adaptive pricing, stakeholder management and Client-Centric Mindset programmes. Ildiko has board and advisory experience, is involved with European Women on Boards, the European Innovation Council and Women in Tech, and is a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
