Karola Noack

I am an entrepreneur, former managing director and fractional executive with more than 25 years of leadership and business-building experience. I have founded, built and led companies with teams of up to 30 employees and experienced the full entrepreneurial journey from growth and operational complexity to an eventual exit. Today, I work with founder-led and growth-stage companies at the intersection of strategy, finance and leadership. My strength is seeing the business as a whole: understanding what is really slowing a company down, identifying structural and financial bottlenecks, and creating the clarity needed to make better decisions and move into the next stage of growth. Depending on the situation, I work as a Fractional CEO, Fractional CFO or senior strategic advisor. My work can span strategic direction, financial planning and runway, organizational structures, decision-making, leadership priorities, fundraising readiness and the coordination of specialist functions such as go-to-market and sales. I bring both an owner’s perspective and hands-on operating experience. Rather than looking at individual functions in isolation, I focus on how strategy, financial reality, people and execution interact, particularly in founder-led companies where increasing complexity starts to outgrow the structures that worked in the earlier stage.
