I help companies ship AI-native products and run tighter operations, drawing on a decade split between founding my own ventures and operating inside high-stakes, regulated environments. My background combines a mechanical engineering degree with hands-on execution across AI product, compliance, and manufacturing sectors. I take on fractional COO, CPO, and AI product leadership engagements for founders and leadership teams who need an operator, not just an advisor. As COO and Interim CPO at SignD Identity, I led product strategy and execution for an AI-driven KYC/KYB compliance platform, directing a cross-functional team of engineers, QA specialists, and product managers across biometric verification, AI-driven AML screening, onboarding orchestration, and predictive fraud analytics for enterprise clients. As Co-Founder and CEO of susteam, an AI-powered ESG intelligence platform, I owned the business end to end: customer discovery, AI model selection and fine-tuning, and fundraising, securing innovation funding through AWS First Incubator and the Vienna Business Agency. As Head of Product at SONIO, an AI onboarding orchestration platform, I ran the full product lifecycle from research to cross-functional delivery. My technical grounding is a Dipl.-Ing. in mechanical engineering plus postgraduate studies in Computer Science for Artificial Intelligence at Harvard University. I work daily with modern AI-native development tools, including Claude, Lovable, and Replit, and apply the same rigor to industrial contexts, developing AI-powered planning software for manufacturing and process plant optimisation. I currently direct Founder Institute Austria, the regional chapter of the world's largest pre-seed accelerator, and run FutureHabits.Tech, where I have coached 100+ founders and shipped 15+ AI MVPs, giving me pattern recognition across a wide range of AI-native business models.
