About Me: I am an executive leader and entrepreneur with a track record of building cross-functional teams, scaling digital platforms, and executing successful company exits. My background uniquely bridges complex technical architecture with executive management - backed by a degree in Physics and an Executive MBA. Throughout my career, I have repeatedly stepped into high-impact leadership roles: Scaling & Exits: Co-founded and led bsurance GmbH (€5M VC raised, licensed European MGA, acquired by an industry leader in 2024) and eRecruiter GmbH (scaled across Europe, acquired in 2017). Tech & Circular Economy Innovation: Currently Co-CEO at FixID Holding BV , leading the build of cloud-based platforms driving circularity, product refurbishment, and tech harvesting. Technical Leadership & Operational Excellence: Spent over a decade as CTO and Managing Director managing P&Ls up to €3.5M and scaling engineering teams up to 35 direct/indirect reports (PXP Group, Wunderman PXP).
