Founder & CTO with 20+ years of experience designing, building and operating software products, and 10+ years in technology leadership roles. I combine technology strategy and software architecture with hands-on engineering, and I enjoy working at the intersection between business needs, product decisions and technology. Over the years, I have worked across SaaS platforms, AI-driven products and automation, payments, APIs, cloud infrastructure, mobile applications and complex system integrations, including integrations with third-party platforms and dedicated hardware. My approach is pragmatic and execution-oriented. I help companies understand what they actually need, evaluate technical trade-offs, simplify complexity and turn business requirements into realistic technology roadmaps and reliable production systems. I am particularly effective in situations where a company needs experienced technology leadership without necessarily requiring a full-time CTO: defining technical direction, reviewing architecture, supporting product and engineering teams, evaluating technologies and vendors, introducing AI where it creates real value, or helping navigate complex technical decisions. I remain close to the technology and believe that good technology leadership comes from understanding both the strategic picture and the practical realities of building and operating software.
