I am an interim and fractional product leader for technology and product-led businesses that are scaling, restructuring or moving through operational transition. My work sits where product, engineering and commercial performance meet: platform strategy, developer experience, payments and billing, AI-native product development, and the product operating model needed to support growth. I have held senior product roles at Jimdo, GitLab and Revolut, with more than 10 years’ experience across SaaS, fintech, eCommerce and logistics. I lead product organisations through complexity: clarifying ownership, developing PM capability, aligning product and engineering, and turning infrastructure, reliability and internal platforms into measurable business advantages. I am particularly effective when growth exposes weaknesses in the product organisation, technology platform, PM team or way of working between product and engineering. I bring senior leadership without losing contact with the operating detail: discovery, roadmap choices, API strategy, monetisation systems, reliability, cost optimisation and delivery execution. I currently support businesses in a NED and advisory capacity, bringing a product, technology and AI perspective to boards and leadership teams where capability gaps exist. I am especially interested in companies adopting AI-native product development, both in how products are built and how product teams operate. I am open to longer-term interim CPO, fractional product leadership, product strategy advisory and selected Board Advisory or NED opportunities with founders, CEOs, CTOs, CPOs and boards facing scale, transition or technical product complexity.
