Senior HR leader and consultant with extensive experience in HR leadership, leadership development, organizational development and change. I have held senior HR and People roles in international organizations including Electrolux, Telia, Deloitte and TUI, and most recently worked as Interim HR Director for Rituals in the Nordics. My experience spans both strategic and hands-on HR, with particular depth in leadership and team development, talent management, learning and development, organizational change and executive coaching. I am used to working closely with senior leaders and management teams, while staying connected to the practical realities of the organization. I am at my best in situations where organizations are going through change or growth and need to strengthen leadership, alignment and execution. My approach is pragmatic and collaborative: understand what is actually needed, bring useful structure where it helps, and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be.
