I am a fractional and interim C-level executive with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, healthtech, retail and technology. I have worked as a CEO, COO and CFO, leading strategy, transformation, restructuring, value creation and performance improvement in complex, multisite organisations. My experience combines finance, operations, technology and execution. I have led profitability improvement programmes, operating-model redesigns, post-acquisition integrations, cost transformations, digitalisation, automation and AI-enabled process improvement. I have also supported M&A, due diligence, investor reporting, IPO readiness and collaboration with private equity investors and listed-company stakeholders. Selected results include doubling ROCE, tripling EBITDA in an integrated healthcare business, generating more than PLN 10 million in recurring annual EBITDA from a new primary-care model, reducing retail inventory shrinkage from 5% to 0.8%, and delivering measurable improvements in customer experience, productivity and access to services. I am an FCCA-qualified executive who is equally comfortable working with boards, investors, management teams and frontline operations. I bring a practical, hands-on approach: quickly diagnosing the real performance constraints, translating strategy into a focused value-creation plan and building the accountability required to deliver results.
