I am an international Fractional Marketing & Commercial Growth Leader with 20+ years of experience helping organisations grow through brand strategy, product and portfolio strategy, innovation and international market expansion. I work with founders, CEOs and leadership teams when they need strategic clarity, experienced marketing leadership or hands-on support during periods of growth, transformation, repositioning or international expansion. My experience spans FMCG, consumer goods, retail, beauty, luxury, sustainability, technology and design-led businesses across Europe and Asia, in both B2B and B2C environments. My work typically includes brand positioning and repositioning, portfolio strategy, product innovation and NPD, go-to-market strategy, value proposition development, international expansion and commercial growth. I combine strategic thinking with practical execution, working across marketing, product development, sales, manufacturing and external partners to turn complex challenges into clear priorities and commercially viable action. I have worked with multinational, founder-led, privately owned and PE-governed organisations, as well as building and running my own consumer business. This gives me the ability to operate comfortably at board and executive level while remaining hands-on when required. I am particularly interested in fractional assignments where an organisation needs an experienced senior leader without necessarily requiring a full-time executive: building or strengthening a marketing function, repositioning a brand, shaping a product portfolio, accelerating innovation or supporting international growth.
