Bilingual in English and French, I am fortunate enough to have worked in Switzerland, the UK, Australia, France & Monaco, often in very multicultural environments. I have worked with SMEs, scale ups and large international matrix organsiations. I help leaders build organisations that are ready for their next stage of growth or change. I work with: • Founder-led businesses that are scaling and professionalising • Established organisations navigating complex transformation For founder-led and growing businesses A business can grow faster than its structure. Too many decisions are centralised, roles become blurred, managers need greater authority, and informal ways of working begin to create delays, frustration or risk. I support founders as their role evolves from being at the center of every decision to leading through a capable and accountable management team. This may include: • Clarifying roles, responsibilities and decision rights • Strengthening delegation and management accountability • Improving leadership-team effectiveness • Designing an organisation structure appropriate for the next stage • Establishing practical management processes without creating unnecessary bureaucracy • Supporting succession and the founder’s evolving role For established organisations navigating transformation I help CEOs, leadership teams, HR leaders and transformation teams make complex organisational change work. This may involve a restructuring, post-acquisition integration, operating-model change, workforce transition or transformation that has lost momentum. My work sits where strategy becomes execution: organisational design, leadership alignment, governance, critical talent, communication, capability building and adoption. I am currently based on the Côte d’Azur between Nice and Monaco and work with clients in Monaco, Europe and internationally both in person and remotely.
