I’m a growth and marketing leader with 8+ years of experience building growth strategies, marketing functions and teams, and turning them into measurable business results. My background combines agency leadership and hands-on founder/operator experience. Having spent several years building and leading a marketing agency, I’ve worked with 50+ businesses across different industries , markets and business models. This gave me broad exposure to how companies grow, where they get stuck, and what separates marketing activity from marketing that drives business results. Building and running an e-commerce business myself taught me to look beyond marketing channels: how product and product mix affect acquisition and retention, how pricing and AOV influence unit economics, and how these pieces ultimately connect to profitability. For me, growth isn’t about improving marketing metrics in isolation, it’s about building a healthier, more profitable business. I’ve built marketing functions from the ground up, developed go-to-market and demand generation strategies, launched new products and markets, and led cross-functional teams of up to 20 people. I’m particularly strong at identifying growth constraints, setting priorities and aligning teams around the biggest opportunities. At Infinity Braids, I joined as CMO and board member, later taking on broader responsibility as Interim CEO & Head of Growth. I led growth across acquisition, creative, conversion, retention, product and international expansion, contributing to 200%+ revenue growth in 12 months, 53% AOV growth, conversion from 2.3% to 3.1%, retention from 13% to 23.9%, and expansion into 8 European markets.
