I bring 17+ years of experience across IKEA, Volvo Cars and my advisory practice, TorqueFoundry, covering global sourcing, logistics operations, S&OP/IBP, performance management and digital transformation. At Volvo Cars, I led intercontinental logistics operations and performance across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, owned a SEK 1 billion budget, consolidated three regional operating models and led 8 direct and 25 indirect team members. I established a global performance centre of excellence supporting more than 80,000 annual shipments and sponsored predictive tracking and automated exception workflows that improved on-time delivery by 15%, reduced deviations by 25% and shortened response time by 40%. At IKEA, I governed transportation spend exceeding $1.2 billion and led sourcing programmes worth more than $600 million, delivering savings above 30%. I also halved sourcing cycle time and helped digitise procurement and performance reporting through Coupa, Power BI and advanced analytics. As a Fractional COO and C-level advisor, I support founders, executives and boards with supply-chain and procurement transformation, target operating models, KPI governance, cost and service improvement, supplier strategy and execution. I combine strategic judgement with hands-on delivery and am available for fractional, interim and advisory mandates across Europe.
